How deep can I work on myself?
This depends on your willingness and the areas you choose to explore. You determine what deep layers you want to work on.
What will be the cadence of the sessions?
Regular bi-weekly sessions are recommended for optimal progress.
How is the fee payment structured?
Payments are divided into 50% upfront and 50% midway through the coaching program.
Will my coach provide additional resources?
Yes, additional reading materials and resources will be shared to support your development.
Will there be any diagnosis involved?
No, coaching does not involve any diagnostic processes.
What is the policy for session rescheduling?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
I have many things going on. Will my coach tell me where to begin?
This is your journey, and you will decide where to start. However, your coach will support you in prioritizing your goals.
Can I take coaching if I am already in therapy?
Coaching can complement therapy, depending on your stage in the therapeutic process. It is recommended to inform your therapist about your coaching to ensure cohesive support from both professionals.
